Which is your favorite and what is your experience with each? I have an iPhone 4. I got it last year when it came out and I've liked the phone itself. The bumping issue is one thing (which has been solved through the special case from apple) but my main issue is not with the phone, but with the network. I have AT&T and in short, it sucks. It is so much slower than my friend's Drioid on Verizon. Personally I like the iPhone OS better. If I could get the iPhone on Verizon, I'd be really happy. |

I'm not an iPhone fan. I don't like very much apple products. I do own a Blackberry Storm and am very happy with it. It is on Verizon Wireless and I receive excellent service. I'm due for an upgrade late next September. My next phone will be a Blackberry on Verizon. That should describe my satisfaction. My phone is an awesome business phone. Call clarity, excellent display, and fast internet are my favorite features. In fact, my phone and the BB Tour where the fastest phones when I got mine. And to vouch for what royal navy said here's a news snippet: "Verizon has invested in a new 4G network which will keep customers happy, especially as many iPhone users have complained about AT&T’s network problems which include signal issues and dropped calls." |

I've used an iPhone for a few minutes. It was a friend of mine's. I was ok with the device (personally didn't like the styling as much as the Storm and it didn't have a clicking screen like the Storm). My Storm beat it and another Blackberry (on AT&T) out in a internet race. Other than playing with it at my device dealer, I've not had much experience with the droid. I've been able to familiarize myself with the BB Storm (Verizon), Storm2 (Verizon), Tour (Verizon), Curve (Verizon), Curve2 (Verizon), and Bold (AT&T and T-Mobile). Personally the old Tour beat the new Bold as far as I could tell. Edited by Nova, Jan 7 2011, 11:38 PM.

I have never used a smartphone. I'm on T-Mobile and have had average experience. My dad's work phone is on AT&T and he says he doesn't like the service. I'm interested in investing in a smartphone. I think it would help me out a lot. Which one should I get on T-Mobile? |

I'd get the Bold 9700. (pictured on the right next to the old Bold)

These little computers are expensive. Is the BB Storm like a computer? |

Yeah. Aside from texting and calling, I have a navigation system, IM, weather, stocks, internet, E-mail, radio, camera (video too), calendar, Microsoft Word/Ppt/Excel, music, calculator, skype, facebook, and the whole nine yards. I could go on for quite some time. But yes, I've posted at least 50 times from my phone here on the forums. I have all the basic capabilities of a computer. Like switching between windows, right clicking, copy+paste, etc. Edited by Nova, Jan 7 2011, 11:49 PM.

That's more than I thought. I'll do my research first though before my make any decisions. I've been unemployed since September (similar to you except two months less). So you probably are feeling the pinch then right? |
