Metal Gears Tactical MGT We currently have 7 members and new recruits. We do not host events, we are a travelling team that attends events all over the East coast. Website: M G T fb team page EMAIL: MetalGearsTactical@gmail.com We are recruiting new members. What we are looking for: Players with good sportsmanship. Honest and fair play oriented. Willing to follow chain of command in games. Players with a professional attitude and conduct. Maintaining good attendance at group events. Being a positive group member and airsoft player. Willing to contribute to bettering the group and the sport. Players should have the ability to learn and impliment group tactics. Willingness to travel to tournaments and events. MGT does have a recruitment period for all new players. This is a time that new players can be evaluated and the player can evaluate the group. We are a milsim group and do not believe in the "Rambo" or "Lone gunman" attitude. We believe in teamwork , training, and a serious attitude towards milsim. We do have a lot of fun when we play. Most events attended are left with smiles and at least one funny story. We just enjoy the realism in the sport also. We are diverse group with teenage members as well as members in their 30's and some of our members have USMC, Army, Law Enforcement, and Private Military training but not all of MGT is formally trained. More than half of the team are civilians with a love of airsoft and we do not require any previous military or law enforcement background. Just honesty, hard work, and dependability are what we want in players. MGT does hold our members to a higher standard and group rules and regulations will be explained in your recruitment period. If you run and gun or just wanna run to the action you might want to think about it, but if you want a more tactical and realistic level of play, MGT may be for you. The group practices at least once a month. Sometimes we attend an event and hold a group practice in a months time and other times we do one or the other. More than one group training session revolves around members' schedules. MGT does have uniform and equipment requirements. This ensures members are properly prepared for events as well as a dress code presents a professional appearance, provides team cohesiveness, and may cause confusion to the opposing force. Recruits are asked to meet all requirements by the end of their recruitment period. The group equiptment list can be found on facebook notes page or ask any member. Please feel free to ask questions to any team member or contact the group threw facebook or at Metalgearstactical@gmail.com. |

Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat. -Sun Tzu Metal Gears Tactical MetalGearsTactical@gmail.com Alcohol doesn't solve your problems but then again milk doesn't either. | |
