Polar98 has finished its work on our new democratic organizational structure. Here's some of the highlights: 1. Polar98 negociated the return of 3 original team members in exchange for the following reforms.... 2. The hicap ban was repealed and replaced with the Polar98 version. The ban would not take effect to December 20 2011. 3. The team leader will be up for an election vote every 6 months. 4. The members of the team would vote in favor or against all proposals made by the team leader. 5. The first election will be held in November 2011 and take office in December. 6. Polar98 will act as the team leader until December where it will continue to handle our public affairs mostly (similar to the QNP style for a little) and phase its involvement out by Ferbuary 2012. |

This process has been under the radar for a few weeks, but it seems to have worked out well. At first Nova predicted it would take till next spring to get to where you guys will be in December according to this plan. Good management by both sides on this. I hope relations between you guys keep strong. Both side deserve credit for success here, but Polar98 must be given credit for saving a milsim organization from possible failure. |

Well done on this. When we met with you guys in August there didn't seem to be a problem at all. I'm surprised one came up. Glad to see you're on a path to recovery now. |
