I saw these on Evike the other day and I think should be added specifically to the rules as not allowed.
Flash Mag

Basically it's a high cap that you don't have to continuously wind. You load the mag, pull a cord 3 times, and you have a 350 rd highcap that looks like a midcap. The first review on the page has someone saying

Wow. What an interesting bit of info. Do they load like a mid cap or a high cap?

EDIT: Looks like they load like a hi cap. We will take action to close this loophole in our law.

They are a lazy mans hi-cap. Double negative.
It's not the Acid attacks. Honor killings. Beheadings. School bombings. Hostage taking. Corrupt checkpoints. Religious violence between factions. Institutionalized corruption. Corporal punishment. Slavery of women. Or even the widely practiced recreational homosexuality. You all can hold hands while you skip down Chaos Lane for all I f*cking care. But when your civilization sucker punches my civilization, I aint gonna leave nothin left of your way of life but a cloud of dust... Ask the Japanese.

Pretty much. Polar98 ops are considered "milsim" (military simulation). One of the differences between milsim and other airsoft is that high-capacity magazines aren't allowed to be used unless someone is using a M60, M249 or some other light machine gun. Also that's why people taking part need some sort of military camo.

The hicap ban also leveled the playing field and improved fairness. It stopped belt fed MP5s.
