Hi folks. Does anyone have any special things they do to keep their immune system strong? I've been drinking a glass of orange juice in the morning and am looking for other things I can do to keep from getting sick. I've also been washing my hands a lot and stuff. |

Getting a healthy amount of sleep is a great way to boost your immune system. Unfortunately this is one I struggle with as I suffer from insomnia (which is worse at college than at home). |

Exercise helps a bit. I know you are in blue collar work now so you probably stay at least somewhat active day to day. |

I find that not wearing yourself down helps a lot. Get a lot of sleep, eat well, and try not to get too stressed. Maybe start taking a multi-vitamin. |

Some good ideas here. Multi vitamin is good. I seem to get 8 hours of sleep reliably. Some nutrition inprovement can be done going forward. I get exercise on the job a bit but as I mentioned to some others earlier, I will be out of this job in 2 months when my work is done and will be back in the job market till I graduate in May. |
