Should P98 support local rec groups

Seems like not very P98 like to go around supporting local rec groups that pop up but there are two distinct ways (but not the only ways) to address this issue and I want to see what people think. P98 members should not be afraid to weigh in either.

Distinct way 1: "These rec groups often do not follow safety precautions or show signs of adequate organization and order nor to they cherish the same 'milsim' friendly values that P98 does therefore P98 should not associate".

Distinct way 2: "These groups show oppurtunity for the future of airsoft. Perhaps through support these groups could fourish and become more like P98 in the future, therefore should be supported".

I'm a milsimmy guy. I go with #2. We're hurtin in the depatment of small local groups. We need to see that these guys can grow. They're being put out of business by paintball fields that allow airsofting.

The only question is: Who is even around that we know of? These groups need to do what P98 did in 2007 and build websites and bring their names to other communities.

How many players on this forum started out as rec players? How many people made the switch to milsim because of Polar98? I like option 2.

Somehow we got to find these people. All the youtube videos have "Pennsylvania Airsoft" in the title. That's a good way to get somewhere. We might need to lobby for a .com domain. I'm not sure if it would help but I know it keeps getting considered and then put on the back burner.

That could help. I wonder if there's any cheap way to do that.
