Well I was going to send everything out to Bingo when I got it all, but I'd like to find out if anyone has insight on getting a v2 rev3 FE into the MP5. I can do my own selector plate and nozzle work. Is there anything else I need to know? |

Rev 3 is just take your existing selector plate and throw it on the FE to make everything work. Where the problems come in is when depending on what body, you might need a longer nozzle to cut down, or have a custom length model be made for you. SSD may be able to help you a little more with this. I'll tell him to look at this post |

Would a standard MP5 nozzle be fine? |

If I where you, I'd order everything and slip your selector plate on and add the special nozzle on and see what happens when you try to install. |

Most MP5 nozzles are the same size so try the P* mp5 nozzle first. The down side to doing a self install in a MP5 is where you want you battery and FCU located. If you front mount it you will have to do milling to the MP5 which is a pain if you don't have the proper tools. If you have a solid A4 style rear stock then you can mount the battery and FCU there and it should be a rather easy install. If you want an A5 or other variant stock on it the the battery and FCU will have to be front mounted. |

The good news is I'll be sticking with an A4 stock. I'll see what I can do about self installing when the time comes and will report back. |
