What psi should I run with a red nozzle to keep my fps around 400-425 with .25g?

I would say somewhere around 80 or possibly the high 70s.

First of all Surfer you want to run at the very least a .28g bb preferably a .3g - .4g since a P* can handle them easily and then run your PSI with a red nozzle in the low 70s between 70-75 this will keep you under 1.55j or roughly 330 fps but your range will not decrease. You should still be able to maintain a range of 280-320ft accurately shooting at a man size target if not a smaller target.

Thanks. I got some .30g but most milsim fields measure fps with .25g nowadays or .20g otherwise.

If you are under 1.55j with a .3 you will be under the FPS limit with a .2 or .25 since at 1.55j or 330FPS with a .3 converts out to 365FPS with a .25 and if the field has a limit of 400FPS you are more then fine.
